flourite substrate by any chance?

mine looked simalar after heavily washed

Yep, Flourite substrate. This tank only has Dwarf Sag., and some Amazon Swords for a while, so I put a couple bigger fish (just Convicts) into the tank, and basically let them tear apart the substrate. Whatever I couldn't wash away, they seemed to stir up, and then I let the filter take care of it. Took them out, and put in the fish in there currently. After about a week, I got my plants in the mail, and this is how it is now. :)

Soon, however, after some things fill in abit, I'm going to replace the substrate with ADA Aquasoil.

Looking very nice! Isn't an AC 70 a bit much for a 10G?
