I have a 10G tank with 75gph canister filter. I plan on having it as a planted (HC) and CRS Tank.
For lighting I am using Aqualight 6700K 13inch dual bulbs and I am using pressurized CO2

The tank was just filled and planted 6 days ago.
I started with PH neutralizer + chlorine/chloramine remover upon filling the tank. Then I dosed micro bacter twice after plants were introduced and tank became very cloudy. I was told adding more bacteria would speed up the cycle at that point.

Which Ferts and at what dosage ? I was told by some shrimp breeders that once shrimps are introduced, they stop dosing with Nitrates because shrimp provide enough nitrates for the plants. Also won't dosing ferts at this stage prolong my the cycling of my tank ?

This is a display tank in my living room/kitchen. It is cloudy when I took this picture on day 5. It has now completely cleared up.
Would guppies speed up the maturing of the tank ? I have some I can introduce for that purpose....
Water tested at the tap.....
Ammonia: 0.25 ppm (mg/L)
Nitrite: 0 ppm (mg/L)
Nitrate: 5.0ppm (mg/L)
PH level: 8.8
Water tested from Tank 5 days after: filled tank + added PH equalizer + Pressurized CO2 + planting HC
Ammonia: 0.25-0.50 ppm (mg/L)
Nitrite: 0 ppm (mg/L)
Nitrate: 0 ppm (mg/L)
PH level: 6.8
According to this information and parameters what stage am I at in the nitrogen cylce ?

Plants have gained 1" since planting them 6 days ago and are taking root nicely.
