next acquisition Gila or Caiman lizard?

I am trying to decide which one to get. Both are awesome and about the same price and I plan on getting both eventually so which one should I start with?

I saw Gilas for sale at a reptile show and they were like 2k. If you have the money do it tho.

I can get them way cheaper than that. around $500, same with caiman lizards.

Caiman lizards are a lot cooler, that's what I'd get. Aren't they semi-aquatic also? That would give you some options to make a pretty awesome enclosure...
