NEXT MD MEET? WHEN? WHERE?

IM IN 20723 MARYLAND DOING A WATER CHANGE!
OK we made a weak attempt for after the super bowl w/ little response. lets try to set something up for june so that everyone can plan in advance? what do you guys think? where would you guys like to meet? someone mentioned scales before, as well as the zoo and the baltimore aquarium. lets make it happen this time:popcorn:

I know CCA(Capital Cichlid Assoc.) has a tang. cichlid discussion on June 14, near silver spring, MD. Neo is a member so he will probably be there. But since that might not interest everyone you might have to plan a zoo/aquarium type deal. Not many of the LFS' in MD I think support a full scale meet(most you can browse through in minutes) other than possibly someplace like HOT, other larger stores..
 
If I can I'd love to go. Being a family man I can't say for sure, but it would be great to chat w/ others into large mean fish. I just came back from the local Aquarium club (PVAS) of which I am a member. All the talk about & auction are Cories, Killies, Ranbows, and "Endlers (guppies to me). Sometimes I bid just to let the clubv know I'll use as bait.

im gonna see if i can make it but im quite sure that day has been 'planned' for me :eek::D. thanks for letting me know;). since you brought up a very good point about lfs support what would you think could work? i wondered if we could get enough folks together from here to hook up. as you see there isnt much response :confused:. from the posts on here you guys seem like a interesting bunch of aquarists. shame we cant make this happen. so many variables make it hard for it though, like jobs, family, time, GAS:WHOA::cry:. maybe one day.
 
I may be moving soon (if my offer is accepted), we could meet at my townhouse and move my tank to the new place :D Seriously though there has got to be some people who would like to meet and share some stories and perhaps a beer.
 
If we can only get 4-6 guys together I'd take the group fishing one day on my boat. 3 is comfortable 4 can be done.....more than that might be crowded fishing.

just let me know when and where and i am there if its on the weekend. im ready to meet some you guys. i met you and dreamsofpeace. im sure the rest of the md mkers are just as cool. i have an idea how about a shopping trip at one of the spots? everyone needs something or wants something:D lets plan for august b4 football season is back again lol :ROFL::popcorn:
