Ngara or Yellow Shoulder??

I ordered this online from one of the more popular Online Fish Vendors....It was supposed to be an Orange Flamtail "Ngara" Peacock

I have never seen one that looks like this...with just the yellow collar. I emailed the Vendor with this pic so Im waiting on their response. Anyone here have a clue? Im not sure if the rest of the flame tail pattern comes with age....any help is appreciated!

Yep...thats what it is...hopefully theyll send me a Ngara...and soon! They replied and said they would look into it!
