After 30months and more atlast I got it onto fillet.

Luckily no starving at all, he was just settled enough to come forth and eat the Tilapia fillet
Must be the time of year. My NGT ate nothing but earthworms since 1". Then, one day recently and out of the blue, he started eating frozen market shrimp like a beast.
That's Niiice, once they start accepting frozen,
You will have to move him onto freshwater fish fillet as early as possible. As saltwater foods contain thiamine, and in the long term it is not good for the fish.
He actually started eating tilapia filet a few weeks after shrimp! Now let's see how long before he goes after pellets.
Niiice, mine started within a week to eat massivore, wasn't trying to feed him, was feeding the pleco algae wafers , he just stole the pleco food, and I thought lemme try massivore and he ate massivore too.
