I can get a 5" around here for about $125-150(mine cost me $100). If it was closer to the 10" side I'd offer it at $275, but would take $225 if it was offered.
Thing is though I'd be holding on to it here seeing the market for fish like them aren't as high as they are in California, I'd basically be losing out on the real value of the fish.
it depending on how much you willing to pay. Look at the fish, you like the fish, you like the price and think it fair then buy it. However i do see they goes up to $200.
Personally, I paid about $120 for 6" NGT (excluding shipping), it's now 8" and it took me months to get it to eat pellets! If you like this particular fish, and its 8" -10"
(10"+ isn't common), just buy it...esp if it eats pellets already. G/L
ngt on pellets is definitely worth the higher end of the price scale. it wouldve saved me lots of hair and stress if my ngt was on pellets when i got it.
