Hey , so ive got 3 ngts awhile back still thinking what to do with them will prob sell 2 off . anyway all they will accept is blood worms? i tried shrimp with scales and without scales but they check it out but doesnt wanna eat it . any advices what else i can give them? blood worms are so tiny its barley any food..

Frozen bloodworms or freeze dried? If frozen let the frozen melt in a small container with what you want to them to eat. Also if you find some garlic extract/garlic guard let some food soak in it.

haha.. ge mig en sekund..

Right theyr still refusing to eat any shrimp even tho i tried this methods , should i just be more patience or is there any other food i can give em?

how long you been trying for to convert for?

a few guys on this forum, have taken many months before their ngt take prawns and other frozen.

mine took 8 months. but its worth the wait.

METHOD 1
the quick way is to: say ONLY feed it what you want it it eat for, say 28 days. Eventually he will eat. (but if your ngt is looking really thin, then do method 2)

METHOD 2
Feed blood worm say once every 14 days. in between, prawns, muscles etc.
This method may take longer, but if your worried about starving, do method 2.

Tried soaking shrimp with bloodworms now for quiet awhile ... they just pick it out and go for the tiny blood worms instead -.-. will try the starving method i guess.

I fed my NGT enough to fatten up then I cut the bloodworm offerrings to once a week. I feed all of my datnoids cut shrimp and frozen krill and the NGT has now learned to eat krill too! Next step, massivore.
