Nic pair lip locking

Hey guys, I did a 50% WC today and my nics started showing some serious lip-locking. Does this mean they are trying to establish dominance in the tank or is this possible breeding behavior? Here's a quick video.

Stunning nics but I doubt that's breeding behavior. Their both females .

+1^... That looks like two females to me too. I may be wrong though. Behavior looks like aggression, not a breeding display.
