Nicaraguense

I just acquired a juvenile Nicaraguense for my SA/CA tank, and was curious if any of you have or do keep Nicaraguense. If so what comments do have about the experience.

Had one for ten years. Fairly peaceful but wouldn't be bullied. Kept it with oscars, JD, pacu, SD, bichirs, aro, various plecos. Not picky about food or water. Highly recommended if you have the tank space.

They are tough and easy to breed. Definitely a good cichlid to try out.
