I have painfully decided to shut my system down and focus on other things in my life. It's not much of a money issue allthough my electric bill will probably be cut in half. My wife and I would like to do a little traveling and getting a ray sitter isnt so easy when our children have their own families too, also when I travel for work my wife is left with the responsibility of caring for the system which she gladly does for me, but she has her own thing to do also. It's been nice participating here and I have had some good clean fun with this hobby. If you guys have need of something email me and let me know what you are looking for and if I have it I will send you a pic and a price to see if you would like to purchase it. Dont frett champ, you can always get back into the hobby in perhaps a smaller way after your travells or after exploring other interests.

As I told you, and as you already know, life moves in strange ways.

I am sure that this will not be the end for you in the aquaria hobby...stick around, more people is always better than less when it comes to advice, and people will good experience should always be valued.

well selling off my rays isnt as easy as i hoped, people came tonight to put a deposit on my 2 yellows and the wife said she didnt want 2 but might want 1 California Round ray. My 4 tangs went quick along with some pumps and a small skimmer, I am wondering if the Shedd would be interested in taking them for a donation
