I'm selling a Leptobarbus Hoevenii, "the Cigar barb"(google them if you don't know what I'm talking about). They are slow growing but peaceful monsters that are often seen in public aquariums. I've had them for almost 2 years now from 2" and they are now 7" and growing thick. These guys will get up to 20". Eating bloodworms, pellets, peas, lettuce, and shrimp.

I have two and will sell $22 each or $40 for both. Pickup only in Brooklyn, or nearby place in nyc. PM me if you have any questions. I recommend you get them both as they like to school and get timid if they are all alone.

ALSO!
I have a bunch of large Dojo loaches(weather loaches) at 6-7"range. Really active and cool fish. $3 each, $10 for 4, $20 for 9, $30 for all 15. I have them in a bunch of different colorations ranging from light yellow to dark brown.

Also have some common and fancy goldfish and kois(in the5" range) that I will let go cheaply if you are interested

Thanks :) :)

Sorry, I just measured them again and they are more like 7", not 8" Not sure if that makes a difference in your case though

EDIT will also trade for Hepsetus Odoe

i would need like 5"

UPDATE

The two hoeveniis have been sold, but I still have the two which I originally intended to keep. The two left are 6" and 6.5" The dojo loaches are still available. PM me if you want specific pics

SEE my other thread for large cichlids

Update

Uploaded some pics--look in my gallery. Some of them may be very blurry because I haven't cleaned out the algae in a while.

I still have the two six inchers left. New price: $30 for both!

BUMP! I want these guys to go to a bigger home which I cannot provide. These guys will be perfect for any setup that needs a few fast swimming surface dwellers. They eat like pigs and eat pellets, bloodworms, peas, etc without question.

BUMP

The above are not actual pics but they look very similar. I have posted the pics of them in the gallery before and will post them again for interested buyers/traders. I would love to trade for an ornate or endi bichir or any other oddball that aren't too large or aggresive. Let me know!
