Color's on that auranti are very washed out, probably being kept at tropical temps. Obviously not a tank that's been running long, horrible setup, horrible mix, disaster waiting to happen to several very nice fish.
Looks like the water quality is pretty bad, too. At the beginning, we see an auranti and its (right) eye looks infected (has a white round patch). This appears throughout the video.
That round patch will grow brighter and then bigger and finally the auranti will become an one-eye jack.
The other eye looks fine.
The bits of organic matter drifting freely all over the tank for too long isn't good. Looks to me, soon fin-rot and cotton-wool disease may set in, too, if nothing is done.
