In your opinion, which locality/species is the nicest? I do like the mpimbwe blues, but their colors and patterns seem inconsistent between individuals.

Agreed I also think their the nicest speices I think alot of colour and pattern is dependent on genes. I watched a video on YouTube about spotting defects in patterns that link to interbreeding as these fish are often obtained as groups from the same source so probably 80% are family.
