I managed to bag a 30" long 103litre, its 27 gallon I think would that be OK or too low?

I would try it. Just provide a lot of structure and hiding spots. When the hormones kick in the males tend to be super aggressive towards conspecifics. The females need to be able to get out of sight.

Sweet! Im hoping to make a nice planted setup so there should be plenty of places to hide! Thanks for the info!
