Nics Breeding??

I have five Nics in my large community tank. The largest Nic and the most colorful female...I'm guessing...have paired off. They have dug a large hole and the female hovers over it. The larger Nic works the outside perimeter.

A few minutes ago he had everyone herded to the other end of the tank.

I'm not real interested in raising fry right now because of space constraints. But is this going to be a bad situation with my other fish.

Nics are more agressive then anyone I have heard gives them credit for...

Just a little concerned....

what size tank do you have them in? also how many other fish are int the tank with them?

2. It's overloaded
3. Like I mentioned earlier...not interested in trying to raise fry now...just don't something to get ko'd
