Niger catfish and stingrays

They do work well ive seen some in the same tank but also ive heard that the niger cat can suck upon the disc of the ray, some one who knows more about rays will tell you but this is all ino.

Ya, that's what I was wondering too. If the niger could suck in the rays disk. I've had a niger before and stingrays but they were never in the same tank together.

ahhh oic. I was thinking a niger b/c they clean the bottom of the tank so well.

or graffie catfish might work as there more active aswell , but the nigers are really stunning fish.

Giraffes often grow up to harass the rays.

i have 2 nigers with my pair of 9" rays the nigers are 16" or so the Cats dont even acknowledge the rays really and the cats dont have a sucking mouth like a pleco either it looks similar but the mouth isnt the same at all so give it a try works for me oh and im growing out a giraffe as well to join them he is about 7" at the moment in a grow out
