You won't need special glasses to play games in 3-D on Nintendo's newest gaming device. The 3DS, as the gadget is called, uses a technology that's specially suited to a handhelds. (June 16)

Doesn't seem any more 3-d than any other game console. The graphics look pretty good, but aren't all the graphics on Demos outstanding?
 
We're seeing the image on a monitor screen. Of course it looks flat. Probably looks deep in person.
 
leave it to nintendo to keep ahead. :headbang2

Agree on the demos...but we are seeing a video of it in a 2-D medium...it will be interesting to see what it looks like in person. Although I wont buy one. Sold my wii for a bow and dont plan on buying another system as far as I can see into the future.
