Nitrate an nitrite problems

Had tank up for over a month and all of sudden after adding fish my nitrate and nitrite just gone to hell and hasn't come back lol all the fish are fine I've been adding bactira supplement for at lest 2 weeks and info pH is around 7.6-7.7 and ammonia is barely any its a light light yellow

Sounds like a cycling issue, be more specific as what your aquarium size, filtration, and how many fish did you add. Btw how did you cycle your aquarium , was it a fish less cycle?
