What should the nitrate levels be for a red cherry shrimp tank. I currently have about 14 in a 10 gallon tank by them selves. Thanks

I learned the hard way that you really don't want nitrate levels to be above 20 ppm. However, you really want to have them closer to 10 ppm at all times. this may mean you need to increase filtration and/or WC
