nitrate testing question?

I have a 5l tube and 2 bottles of nitrate test solution
1# says add 10 drops
2# says add 10 drops

then what do i do, i lost the instructions, do i put 10 drops from bottle 1 and shake for 1 min then do the same with 10 drops from 2 then after 5 minutes the coler reads how much is in my tanks

look on the back of the color chart, mine has directions

but if not here ya go

1- add ten drops solution #1
2- cap vail and mix
3- shake bottle of solution #2 for 30 seconds
4- add ten drops of solution #2
5- cap vail and shake for 60 seconds
6- compare to color chart after 5 minutes

Can anybody post the color chart? All my tanks are looking red but i cant tell if its 80 or 40!
