nitrates, nitrites and ammonia

i have a 125 gallon that i keep having break outs in and i already lost my green terror how do i get rid of it and fast

Do water changes until the cycle goes back to normal and it's just nitrate.

i have two 55 gallon tanks and my first one i just set up and did normal water changes and was ok until the ammonia and nitrites went away. The second tank i started i over thought everything and kept taking water out adding chemicals and messes with the cycle and it took longer to cycle. I had bact blooms and bad water quality for awhile. I would say don't over think it and just give it time. Unless the ammonia is through the roof leave it alone
