NLS cichlasoma or just NLS cichlid

sorry if asked before, is there a big difference in these, buddy told me his big SA/CA love this stuff, I do big fish formula or cichilid pellets. just wondering

Either/or really, though I do believe they're the same thing now... could be wrong.

There is not a big differance between them, either one would be fine. Just size the pellets appropreatly to the fish being fed. The pellets used should be able to be swallowed whole, if the fish has to chew the pellets they are too large.
