NLS cichlid formula

A great food for new worlds, it looked like this was the 1mm pellets which could explain the africans. I would suggest the 3mm or larger depending on the size of your fish.

Yes I feed both my boys (midas and con) this food and they love it. I've seen a noticeable increase in growth rate in the midas after switching him from Hikari to this as his main staple food.

I believe that their entire line of foods have the same basic ingredients in them. The main differences between them being that the protein/fat content varies slightly as well as the order of some of the lesser ingredients. The Thera A+ line has garlic added to it to boost immune systems and the Finiky Fish formula has mussels added to it. So for the most part, they are very similar.

I think the main differences between the line is the form (pellet, floating, sinking, wafer, flake, etc.) and size so pick whats best for your fish and you're golden. My fish love NLS.

Rayne is correct, all of the ingredients used in NLS are fairly identical, but the ingredient proportions can vary among the various formulas. Also, all NLS formulas contain garlic, but the inclusion rate is much higher in the TherA formulas.
