Nls pellets

I want to start my discus fish on nls sinking pellets, but don't know what size to order. I have four fish that are from four to six inches. I see the pellets come in 1 mm, 2 mm, and 3 mm. Can some one advise me to what size food for what size discus? Thanks!

actually 3 mm can be a little too big for discus, my angel and discus do fine with 1 and 2.
