No Dish

I got rid of my dish(satelite) because of the nickle and diming me. Now I learn I'm going to have to buy a box just so my anttenna will work.WTF! I quit watching after I got over 300g of fish tanks to watch. Soon I won't even be able to watch the local news without paying for it. What's next...FM radio?!

Why would you need a box to get your antena to work? Are you using an HD tv? Is the box to convert the analog signal into digital?
