NO idea whats going on.

I currently have 1 dwarf gourami 1 german blue ram 3 cory cats, and 7 neons in a 20 gallon tank.

the dwarf gourami seems fine as well as the neons, however the ram has what looks like a growth or open wound on the side of his head and the mouths on the cory cats is white and almost looks like they are stuck open. What am i dealing with? is there anyway to fix it?

Also, I originally had 2 german rams but when i woke up one morning one of the rams had lost all of its color and was laying dead at the bottom of the tank.

I have a feeling its ur dwarf gourmi... those things are aggressive.. thus the wounds on ur fishes.. Also.. since you have a 20 gallon.. most likely there is a huge bio load and causing the water to be contaminated..

they are all under an inch big, except the dwarf gourami. he has to be about 2 inches long. theres no way it can be bioload can it? i do 25% water changes once a week.
