Berkley is a competitor of Rapala. But the new prototype lures at at the back of the guy and hanging on the wall are Rapala lures as well. Majority of the Rapala lures come in the green type box which you see hanging on the wall. So in other words Berkley is using Rapala lures as a base to make a better lure.
If you're not a fisherman or a lure fisherman then you won't get the joke.
it's quite common for R&D departments to buy a competitors product and do testings on it. rapala probably does the same thing.
