No pain no fun!

I finally got to go spelunking again after many years of being away from my friends or just not having time. I had a blast and hopefully it will get back to being a semi-regular thing. However I did pay for it this time. I had a slight fall while getting into the cave. At the time I didnt think much of it and continued on thinking it was just going to bruise. It certainly didnt feel very good bracing my back against rock all day climbing but it wasnt until much later when I was changing that I saw this.

All the bruising makes that whole side of my body feel stiff and sore, but it was so worth it. I cant wait to go back. For those interested we were in Warren Cave in Gainesville Fl.

wouldn't be fun if someone didn't ahve something happen to them. If there was no danger no one would want to do it. Glad you had fun, skin looks mostly scorred rather then cut so I'd say you got off easy, hit it a little harder and you would have needed stitches.

Yeah the scrape hasnt really been a problem at all. It feels funny when I twist or burns when I stretch really far. The real issue is the bruised ribs that make my left side not want to move.
