No Political Threads but Political Ads OK?

With the manner in which any political discussions are shut down with the vigor and enthusiasm of a Spanish Inquisitioner, I was shocked to see the "Obama-Care, STOP HIM" advertising banner featured here on MFK. Wow!

IMO, no politics means no politics. I don't care if MFK can generate ad fees or not, it seems that ad should go or the "no politics" rule should go.

Thoughts?

google ads are rolling banners so no control whatsoever.
