2L bottle weighed down with tiny holes in it. Could give air/water movement for a good duration.

So would an inflatable air mattress driving airline & airstone. .... good for 2 day power outage.
Squirrel cage air pump, will not build enouph PSI.
It will work, just blow air at the surface, small ripples.
