My 1 year old 4 RBPs usually want to eat everyday.
I feed them once a day at night.
day before yesterday night i fed them about 10 big silversides
yesterday i got little bit late to feed them and this is what happened.
The victim was 5 inch pleco......

Always stinks to lose a fish, but a loss like this should be expected. Pygos should only be kept with Pygos and even then you aren't always safe........

Yup they can take a pleco out (or eachother) at any givin time.

What i did was bought my 8 redbellies when they were only an inch long.. and put em in with a 8inch pleco.

So the Pleco stayed bigger than them and was a constant in the tank since they were babies.

2yrs later I've had 0 problems
The pleco is now 11inches n pygos range from 6-9inches.

Maybe something to try next go round.

You should have expected no less rain.
