I picked up a second hand TETRATEC 2400 the other day and the noise is getting unbearable, it's a loud humming noise like when you stand close to the microwave but louder.
I have re stacked the media, shook it to get any excess air out, taken it apart and cleaned the impeller, impeller shaft and housing and they all look in good condition so I don't know what to try next. The unit is on a wooden floor so vibration outside the unit isn't the issue.
Any advice or suggestions what to try next? (apart from Ehiem/FX5 because i'm broke now)
