Non-MFKers different than MFKers on Polys?

So if any have noticed my tank consolidation posts(mainly on AquariaCentral it seems many deem bichirs as super agro fish where-given they eat anything that fits in their mouths-but they don't actively attack fish like cichlids do. Secondly we stock our tanks heavily albiet alot of filtration but it seems to be horrible if you have 6 polys in a 180 anyone like to explain or help me understand the differences between forums

The majority of them dont have experience with polys so they just go with whatever they hear

It sounds silly to me, guess realisticly it depends on all the stock there size and the size of the polys in comparision,

I have fully stocked tank, Cichlids 8"-13" 3 polys 9"-11", the polys are by far the least aggressive

Yeah I mean I have my 18" Endli and my weeksii is almost 18"too then my 12" lap Ornate and Sen then my 10" del with two Jewels that are 4" they dont bother the jewels but according to others they're lunch so it seems odd to me

You can probably pack 30 senegal bichirs in a 180 gallon, they're so sociable and clean.

I stopped posting on AC about 10 years ago when I said yo could keep 15 ropes in a 130. I had a bunch of people slam me for not knowing what I was talking about and telling me that there was no way 15 ropes would fit in a tank that size. Not an overly knowledgeable forum.
