I'm certain this has probably been brought up in the past, but just wanted to share with the community. I've used numerous different manufacturers pellets, and have found recentely that when feeding Omega one cichlid, Hikari Bio Gold, and potentially NLS to numerous cichlids that I have, they produce a lot less waste, in comparison with various types of Ken's sticks. Unscientific as stated, but when I've done weekly sponge filter cleanings, the tank I fed the Ken's sticks to was a mess, the water I squeezed the AC 110 sponges into was dark as coffee, with the others they barely tinted the water.
