Interested in options & illustrations of paint effects, colour fades, tiling, mosaic and even wallpapering to the back of a tank, possibly within in an in-wall or behind an all-glass.

I saw pics of a massive planted discuss system with a fascinating green-to-white fade bottom to top that gave lovely depth, but can't seem to find it again...

Interested generally regardless.

Apologies to Admins if there's a sticky/thread already.

You could probably get an online company to print out an image of your type of background to a specific size.
Though you need a pretty high res image for it to come out nice, and quality may vary per company.

My work experience was at university which had these large printers designed for making large posters and things similar which would probably do that.

Some guys use clear window tint and put leds behind the tank and it gives that look of depth your talking about and looks quite nice with the different colored lights
