noncichlids in lake tang?

i think there's a couple species of 'eel'
i've seen some being offered by 'armkes' a few years back..

Nile perch have been introduced into the lake. There are some different sp. of spiny eels in the lake. There are various catfish in the lake as well, includeing a lot of synodontis sp. as well as electric cats. I have also heard of african tiger fish being found in the lake as well, and I believe there is one sp. of birchir that lives there as well. Mbu puffers are found in the rivers ajoining to the lake so I am sure they make it into the lake as well. There are also various tilapia sp. that have been introduced as well.
Isn't there also some kind of freshwater sardines? I saw a National Geographic special ten years ago about Tang cichlids.
the eels are super hard to get. Ive been lookin but the shops say they lose em on delivery or after a few days.
Most fish that arent cichlids get bigger than the usual Tang cichlid and might (like the ATF, Bichir and Mbu) will eventually try to eat the smaller fish.
