Hey all, My name is Harold and im getting into large fish... I grew up with my dad and he had many fresh water fish, but nothing that grew too big... he has a 30 gal tank and some small fish in it. I am purchasing a used 55gal setup to start my fish adventure! I am looking into one or 2 Silver Arowanas and a Clown Knife. I love carnivorous fish and cant wait... also have a smaller 10gal tank for feeders! Glad i joined this forum and i've spent a day and a half just browsing the forums before i posted... Lots of useful information!

welcome to MFK Harold... nice to meet you... before you buy anything.. look at all your options and learn about the species.. your lucky one because you came here before your purchase so you can really investigate ..so many buy the fish first.. lol.. if you have any questions just ask..you will find so many people more then happy to help.. and you will learn and have a good time too..NJFisher;2698354; said:

like i said, the 55 gal is just a starter tank... ill upgrade as soon as they get a bit bigger... and when i have the cash flow!
