I checked my tank this morning....all fine. I check it now, and don't see one of my firemouths. I look around a little more and under one of the caves I see...THIS! :cry::cry::cry::cry:

Stripped of every scale, fins shredded, stomach carved out. I don't even know what to say! I have a 13" endli, 14" endli, 6" polli, 10" ornate, 9" lapradei, 2 dopey oscars, and a 14" passive arowana who has never even tried to jump. Who could have done it?!? I'm crushed, especially after what I wrote in gr8's thread of irreplaceable fish. I...am...CRUSHED :cry::cry::cry:

could he have died of natural causes and the other fish (bichirs) took advantage of the situation,sorry for your loss fella :(
 
Who's got a bigger belly?! I know you feel. My bigger Tigercat knocked of my air lines and lost four fish over night, one of which I had recently gotten as a birthday present from my mom. I've learned that redundancy and ground fault interupters are very important with large fish. You just never figure what creative way they'll break something on you.
