Normal or abnormal for Dats?

My Dats have been doing this just a few days ago. They would hide under my driftwood but then when one comes along, it gets chase. How do I prevent them from doing this or will they eventually grow out of it?

How big are they? How many dats in the tank cause it's normal for them to act like that but if you only have two then one is going to rule the tank and always seem like the bully.
