YOu mentioned it is also an auction? What do they auction off and what are the prices like?

This show/auction took place in September. We have lots of fish and I usually supply a lot of plants. Prices are reasonable.

When you say prices are reasonable it does not make be feel all that great. Sounds liek things are still pretty expensive. I thought the idea behind an auction was to get lower prices for things? If I can go to the store and get a fish or plan for the same price as the auction then why bother traveling to the auction?

Why bother ?

Because you are getting top quality fish from local breeders instead of garbage that you see in your LFS. What fish or plants are you looking for ?

I am really just looking for plants right now. I am in need of some forground plants that I can use to cover large parts if not the entire bottom of my 10 gallon tank and then I need some forground and background plants for my 30 gallon tank.

I really like micro sword grass and java fern. But I am not picky I just want to get a fillign effect and add color. Got any ideas for me?
