I got three more. Seven altogether. In a couple of years, they will be quite a crew.

LFS:

These three, a bit bigger. Four or more inches.

I had though about getting some different dats. I would really like three bar ST, but they are unavailable.

Went to three different LFSs.

One had NTT, about the same size, two for $27 (equivalent). There was a bunch of ordinary pellets floating on the top of the water. Not live food, not high protein pellets. Quite obviously, the NTT were not interested in the pellets.

Second shop had NGT, about three inches, about $56 (equiv) each. Not often I see NGT, and I was interested. They all had had concave abdomens. Looked like they had not had a good fresh meal for a long time.

Third shop had three four bar (I think) IT, very small, only about one inch. With a sign $17 (equiv) each discount 10 percent. And in a different tank, they had a few four inch NTT with the sign $50 each discount 10 percent. Now that's strange, because I saw them in that shop last week for $21 (equiv). It seems that if they cannot sell them they bump up the price.

So I went back to the original (and my favourite) LFS. I have seen him feed with brine shrimp and mealworm, and got the three above for $12 (equiv) each.

Some LFS look after their fish and want to sell to customers who are interested. And some LFS don't.

Sorry. End of rant.

The NTT wall of death - from the perspective of a ghost shrimp:

The NTT are now going on six inches. There are also two one and half inch ITs, red tail loaches, and the zebra tilapia have also grown a lot on the ghost shrimp diet.
