Tank is 20G high, fish only gets to be about 3.5 inches, very rare in the hobby, golden puffer, similar to modestus, completely freshwater, with 3 zebra danios, etc.

Well, this guy's pretty mild-mannered. He hasn't killed or eaten any of the zebra danios yet, but I'm keeping a close eye on him. Has anybody ever seen/owned one of these guys before? Temperment varies from Puffer to Puffer.
