Somewhere???
have a 5 inch royal pleco in my 125g, and it seems like he doesnt want to eat algea anymore off the glass. its like he prefers chewing the driftwood instead. has he lost his taste for algea and is there anything i can do to get him suckin that glass again?

Algae is not a part of a royals diet. they do very little to remove it. They need more protein:) The reason he is munching on wood is that it's a huge part of their diet.

that and no plecos job is to eat the algae, not many species do effectively, many change there eating habits as they age, and some individuals just wont bother, especially if they are being fed the proper diet. I'm not suprised, and there is nothing you can do to "tempt" it on to algae. Just got to make sure you are feeding your royal a good diet.
