Not eating still

It belly still looks good, how long have you had the jardini?
 
Aros in general do not take readily to pellets. It's natural instinct is towards worms, frogs, incests etc so try small worms for starters. Also, a bit of competition in the form of other fishes can help it trigger it's appetite.
 
Do floating pellets. And as stated, it likes insects, you can try to see if your lfs has baby crickets and try those to get him started.
