I have finally started to "plantscape" my 10g tank. I purchased 3 fake plants, and a blue background. But the plants seem to look better together than placed throughout the tank (maybe because it is so small?). I am looking for any ideas out there...HELP!
Not good at plantscape...any ideas?

Do you have any other larger decorations to even it out, say a rock cave, larger stone or piece of driftwood?
a good substrate couldnt hurt either... i recoment a volcanic ash compound.. most non-corperation pet stores will probly have it.. its not cheap though
At this point, I only have 3 fake plants (and a breeding net) in the tank. Mostly due to the fact that I REALLY want to upgrade the tank (due to pending births).
These are all really good ideas! I would love to get some real plants in the tank, but really hesitant due to my desire to upgrade (unless I find a good deal soon, I am going to just purchase at Petsmart or Petco nxt wk).
