While not condoning drug abuse the magic mushroom kits are legal in most places, actually growing them does break the law in many places. I believe these are the Psylicybe cubensis, something I have not personally seen in many years. The drying or encapsulating of them for consumtion violates federal law as does transporting any part of them except the spores through the mails.
