Not looking so good fish have pics, need help

Ok guys, we need some help. We tested the water params and everything's good, normal. We noticed last night, the female killi's started to get cloudy eyes. Then today, the one female is looking like this. The other one is fine as well as the male and the bass and the pink tail we have with them. Any ideas what this could be? She's seems to be slightly gasping more then usual. Everyone else is perfectly fine.
Really appreciate any help we can get from all you knowledgable people here.

Thanks, we'll look into it, hopefully we can save her, it seems like besides the cloudy eyes, she just blew up while we were at work today.

I'd try antibiotics as it does sound like it's dropsy due to a bacterial infection.

Our fish are kept in close quarters and sometimes not in the healthiest of conditions. It's very much like the early 1900s and before when the majority of illnesses were due to bacterial infections. Back in those days, healthy young people could get a small cut and drop dead days later. Now, with antibiotics, we concern ourselves more with cardiovascular disease and cancer. Fishkeeping is kind of in the pre-antibiotic era.

Aside from antibacterial medication, doing a water change and adding some epsom salt will help.

I'm convinced it has nothing to do with unclean water. We do religous water changes every sunday 20-30%. The tank is a 65 gallon. The bass is 3", the pink tail is 4" and the 3 killi's are 6".
We will be quarantining her and the other female as she is showing signs as well today. I think the one in the picture is far too gone as most advice states when they get to this point, it's usually fatal. But on a good note, we've had them for about 3 years so at least they've lived a full life, still a bummer to lose any fish that you've had for a long time. Thanks for the help and we'll keep our fingers crossed that we can at least save the other female if this one doesn't make it.
