Its still not complete- I still want to get Lileopsis for the front to create the lawn and I need a bunch more fish (cardinals, etc)

That tank looks nice. What are you useing for substrate, I like the looks of it.

Im using eco-complete. I dont have any plecs-just a bunch of otocinclus and botia sidthimunki currently. Im waiting to get all of the plants in before I add anything more. I plan on a couple 'dwarf' plecs in the future.

wow that tank looks great

is that a diy stump in the background? it looks pretty realistic...

Wish i could post pics of my new Ram tank...the plant work and driftwood is better than the fish. Nice work.

I would love to try a huge planted tank one day but I dont think I could stand not having my agressive little monsters in it.

sweet setup

I thought Id miss the aggressive fish in this tank.....but I dont. I really like how fast the plants are growing (Ive got eco complete gravel, a pressurized CO2 unit with pH controller and 706 watts of light-so they better grow fast!). The fish are great and its actually very relaxing......and my wife loves it. She never went in the room in the past, now she goes in to check out the 'funny little catfish' aka Botia sidthimunki. Nice to have her interested!
