I was thinking about getting a single fish for my 60g
And thinking between
Flowerhorn or frontosa
The only fish that will be in there with it is going to be a bichir any advice??
Or single would be ok too

I would go for a frontosa or maybe a few frontosa but i m not sure wether the bichir will harm them but i m sure the frontosa wont hurt the bichir

Hi,it would be best to go for a trio of frontosa as it's more natural to keep them in harems (1 dominant male,the rest females) but your tank is a bit small for this,if the bichir is an ornate then they are found naturally in parts of Tanganyika along with a couple of other species so should get along ok,just bear in mind that at night it may eat any young produced
